so i got 70lbs dumbbell military press today for 5 reps... feels good man, i can probably get 75 twice or so.

Has anyone done any Tabata training? It sounds pretty intense and I'm pretty sure I'll do this once a week.

Tabata is some effective, brutal shit.

The beauty is you can apply it to anything, and its four minutes.

Thats what it seems like. Studies show it does more in 4 minutes than a 30-45 minute cardio session. craziness

Even though I said I'd start this past monday, I ended up starting last Thursday. And the results...

I'm sitting at 174lbs this morning.

Its amazing how cutting what little sugars I was taking in helps. The only sugars I take in now are from dairy and fruits. I'd say easily less than 40g's a day.

Doing cardio in the mornings have boosted my mood, too. I feel 10x better throughout the day now. I'm sure drinking green tea twice a day helps that as well.

Even though I had changed my goal about 2 months ago about getting into the 160's by my Bday(Sept 15), I think I'm going for it again. 4lbs in 2 weeks should be nothing. Sweetness.

I'm getting stronger but haven't been gaining weight due to a shitty diet thanks to the stupid surgery I had a few weeks ago. I can eat normal foods again though and I just picked up some gainer.

I better back up to 160lbs by the end of this month. I almost hulked out on my scale the other day when I saw 155lbs, haha.

Haha. I'm hitting heavier weights in the gym so hopefully I'll keep getting stronger even though I'm not hitting each muscle group 2x a week.

What was the surgery for? I can't believe how little you weigh. If I had to guess, I would say that you weigh around 175.

And I laughed when I saw that Barron was the last one to post in here.

Three oral surgeries at once. Doc said that if I strained or ate solid foods for two weeks, I'd start bleeding in the mouth so I chilled. Regardless, I didn't get any weaker, but I lost weight. It's garbage. If I weighed 175lbs, I would look MASSIVE.

I've got an almost full case of N.O. Explode Grape. Anyone want to buy it? I didn't look at the ingredients before I bought it, and I'm allergic. I'll let it go for 25 bucks. I think I used like 3 scoops.
