After chasing 10 reps of 95's on DB Incline Press, finally got 10 of them..
Last week I did 8, week before 7, then 6, then 4..so been a few weeks, but finally got 10 reps. Next week, time to touch the 100s and start the climb to 10 reps again.

Lmao, that's about what I did was walk it. I guess three years of not being active except for at work, and smoking took a toll on me lol. I'm proud where I am at now.
Bought a pair of ascics(SP?) the other day. Last night was first time I was able to run in them. Actually was able to run on a treadmill with out pain. I'm happy with 'em.

Asics are pretty comfortable. I don't like the price tag of most of them though.

I've done the Spinning classes 3 times now and have lost 8lbs. Went from 225 to 217 in the matter of a week and a half... of course, I did cut my calories from 5000 to 3500. Hopefully, I'll be at 200 and looking pretty lean here within the next month(ish).

10:30 is good if you aren't training specifically for a 1.5 mile. I train pretty hard and I average 9:45, so thats pretty solid Sean.

These were $64 after taxes at shoe carnival. Never had a shoe where I can actually feel the arch support. Ah, no more foot pain lol.

I wear aasics and use these. Great success.
The cool part is that you throw em in the oven and then put em in your shoes. Stand for one minute=custom sole.

Damn, I think I would have to try something like that out before dropping $40 on it.

I went to em after developing stress fractures in my tibias last year. Seriously, they fucking rock. I think I paid 20 bucks a pair on base.

I saw those at the class six on Tyndall. I think they where 29. A lot cheaper than getting the medically approved ones, that most insurances don't cover lol. My buddy uses them and says they work great.
But these aasics I'm liking so far. Though I have come to a sad thought of I replace running shoes more than I do my regular shoes. Being I've been through three pairs of running shoes, and still have the same regular shoes after five years lol.

I do a new pair of aasics every 4-6 months. Just can't run on a worn out shoe.

Rucking with people sounds like fun. Rucking by myself sounds lame.

Just picked up Will's ruck and it's not what I thought it would be. That's a good thing though because this bitch has a frame and a back support, haha.
Gonna start off with 40lbs and decide where to start walkin' arounnnd on the weekend.

Used to ruck with my brothers in NC, minus they did it for a living, and I was eleven at the time, I loved it.
Nice little three mile run earlier. Just followed the big tittied chick riding her horse..lol

go with about 25 and get your form/pace down nicely, after that go up to about 45lbs and just get really fast.
